  1.     USA: It is really that surprising that the USA has the most casinos in the world? With a whooping 2160 casinos operating it is by far the winner for the most casinos in the world, with almost 2000 more than anywhere else in the world.
  2.     Romania: A surprising dark horse in the worldwide casino rankings is Romania, the country that currently has the second most casinos in the world with 310. This is hardly a small amount of casinos, although it really does put USA’s number into perspective.
  3.     Canada: Another North American gambling powerhouse, Canada comes in at a number 3 on the list of countries with the most casinos. There are 216 different casino establishments for Canadian gamblers to gamble in – what a lucky population!
  4.     Mexico: North America simply loves gambling, a point proven by the fact that USA, Canada and Mexico are all in the Top 5 list for most casinos per country. Mexico comes narrowly behind Canada with 211 casinos.

5.      France: One of the oldest casino gambling institutions in the world and home to the first super casinos in the 19th century, France is No. 5 on the list with 189 casinos.
