iPhone 12 Cameras:
The iPhone 12 camera is the same as the 12 Mini. You get dual 12MP*12MO cameras set up in the front and back panel. You will not get the 2* times and 2.5* times telephoto zoom as 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max.
Still, the 12 and 12 Mini is good in lighting conditions. The image quality is great and has details. You miss the night mode in both the versions like Pro.
The iPhone 12 Pro and Pro Max come with a LiDAR sensor that improvises focus at night time. The new 4k HDR Dolby vision video capture and night portrait modes are surpassing.
There are three primary cameras on the back panel and one selfie camera. You get 12MP*12MP*12MP with 2* optical telephoto lens and 2.5* telephoto lens in Pro and Pro Max. The 12MP front camera is Face ID recognition embedded. The video quality of the 12 Pro Max is amazing. The 4k @ 60fps video is super clean and detailed.
Battery Life:
The battery life of all the variants is different. The iPhone 12 Mini has a small battery. With average usage, it lasts the whole day. It is packed with an A14 Bionic processor that makes it a powerful one. The 12 and 12 Pro Max incorporates a 2815mAh battery that offers similar battery life of one and a half day without charge.
The 12 Pro Max has a bigger battery of 3687mAh unit that stays 2 days straight with eight hours of screen time. The issue is a USB-C lightning cable and no charger. You have to pay extra to get a charger. The official MagSafe charger will cost you about $40 and provides 15W charging speed.
Performance and Software:
You get different RAMs on these phones but the processor is the same Apple A14 Bionic. The iPhones never compromise in performance segment and here also it stays true. It includes App Library, compact UI, and picture-in-picture mode.
Final Verdict:
Overall iPhone 13 is a better deal. It is not miles ahead but it has a better camera and video modes. If you want to save some bucks, iPhone 12 is still a great choice.
The iPhone 12 features a smaller notch and bigger batteries. The Pro model has a 120Hz refresh rate and an ultra-wide camera at the back. For more details, write to us in the comment section below.
